Returns

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, intimate or sanitary goods, and downloadable software.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support team at Contact@Myxini.com within the specified return period.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Please securely package the item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it for compliance with our return policy, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable for any reason, we will offer alternative refund options.

Refund Processing Time: The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and the method of payment used. Typically, refunds are processed within 3 days from the date of approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at Contact@Myxini.com. We may request photo evidence of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.

Once the damaged or defective item is confirmed, we will either replace the product at no additional cost to you or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed or shipped. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return following the guidelines mentioned above.
